The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that on 24 August 2026 the Company purchased for cancellation 931,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 53.38 pence per share.

 

After cancellation of these shares the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company will be 97,099,903 ordinary shares of 1p. The above total number of voting rights should be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
