Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company will hold 2,662,719 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The Company's total issued share capital comprises 568,503,085 Ordinary Shares (including those held in treasury). Accordingly, the total voting rights in the Company is 565,840,366.
