Transaction in Own Shares
Further to the confirmation of its intention to continue the share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 11 March 2026, the Company announces that on 10 April 2026 it purchased a total of 10,000 of its ordinary shares of no-par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 213.44 pence per Ordinary Share through Singer Capital Markets. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Total voting rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 33,897,954 Ordinary Shares each carrying one voting right, of which 1,169,465 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 32,728,489. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
