Transaction in own shares
Hays plc (the "Company") announces that during the period between 15 June 2026 and 19 June 2026 it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1p each on the London Stock Exchange through BNP Paribas SA as part of its treasury share purchase programme announced on 1 June 2026 and subsequent update on 8 June 2026.
