Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that in the period 7 April 2026 to 9 April 2026, it purchased in aggregate 104,531 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 17 March 2026 (the "Buyback Programme"). Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.
Since 25 March 2026, the date of commencement of the Buyback Programme, the Company has purchased 455,945 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£904,436.
