Transaction in Own Shares
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces the purchase, in accordance with the authorities granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meetings on 4 September 2025 and 3 September 2026, of 272,006 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from Jefferies International Limited during the period 01 September 2026 to 04 September 2026 as part of the first tranche of the share buyback programme announced on 08 July 2026 (the "Programme").
The Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares.
Following the cancellation of Ordinary Shares, Jet2 will have 188,057,686 Ordinary Shares in issue and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 188,057,686 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
