Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 April 2008 it purchased 28,646 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 80.76 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 11,491,008 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and 9,145,980 C Fund Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
