The Company announces that it repurchased 17,596 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1158.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 115,028,831 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 166,605,079. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
