The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased shares in treasury.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2026.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 341,693,876 ordinary shares.

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 16,514,360 shares at a cost of £133,554,408.52.
