Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 15 May 2026, it purchased 73,036 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 364.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,781,853 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue, and 759,513 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 481,927 Ordinary Shares.
