The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Palace Capital announces that in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme ("Buyback Programme") announced on 30 June 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited for the period 30 June 2026 - 3 July 2026.

The Ordinary Shares acquired will be held in treasury until completion of the Buyback Programme.
Further to the above transactions, the Company advises that it has 19,524,775 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in issue, with 90,367 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 19,434,408.
This figure of 19,434,408 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
