Boku announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of $0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc in the period from 29th October 2026 to 4th November 2026.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in Treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd.
Total Voting Rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 304,457,492 Common Shares, of which 20,995,692 Common Shares will be held in treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd. Therefore, the total number of voting rights will be 283,461,800. Shareholders will be able to use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
