Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 23 June 2026, during the period from 29 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 (inclusive) (the "Disclosure Period"), it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of €1.00 each through Piraeus Securities S.A.:
