Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 12 June 2026, it purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 338 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,504,852 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and 1,036,514 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 758,928 Ordinary Shares.
