AIMIA ANNOUNCES TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

Toronto, October 16, 2026 – Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM; JSE: AII; AIM: AII) announces today that, in accordance with the terms of its normal course issuer bid ("NCIB"), a form of share buyback programme on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), announced on 4 June 2026, it has purchased and cancelled 18,500 common shares of no par value (“Common Shares”).

 

All trades were undertaken through TD SECURITIES INC. and are for the period from 9 October – 15 October 2026.
