Transaction in Own Shares
Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 184,377,640 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue of which none are held in Treasury.
The figure of 184,377,640 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
