GlobalData Plc ("GlobalData" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 31 March 2026, the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 9 April 2026 to 15 April 2026.
