Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 11 September 2026, it purchased 4,998 Ordinary Shares of par value US$1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 337.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, VNH has 18,439,484 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and 1,101,882 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 824,296 Ordinary Shares.
