ON THE BEACH GROUP PLC ("On The Beach", or the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares
ON THE BEACH GROUP PLC (the "Company") announces that, during the period between 12 October 2026 and 14 October 2026 (inclusive), it has purchased for cancellation through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary shares”) on the London Stock Exchange as follows:

Following the purchase and cancellation of those shares, the Company will have 139,245,391 Ordinary shares in issue. This figure 139,245,391 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company has now successfully completed its share buyback programme announced on 8 June 2026 (the “Programme”).
As a result of the Programme, the Company acquired 5,659,705 ordinary shares at an average price of 176.69 pence per share for a total consideration of £10,000,042.72.
