Total Voting Rights
PennPetro Energy plc (LSE: PPP) announces that, as at the close of business on 23 April 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 112,299,089 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each carrying the right to one vote.
The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 112,299,089.
The figure of 112,299,089 Ordinary Shares includes the 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares registered in the name of Mr Jesse White, as confirmed in the Company's announcement of 7 April 2026, such shares being pre-existing Ordinary Shares re-registered to correct the Register of Members. The figure does not include any Replacement Shares to be issued in relation to the 2023 stock lending arrangements, any shares to be issued on conversion of the Company's outstanding Convertible Loan Notes, or any shares to be issued in settlement of accrued Directors' fees, none of which have been issued as at the date of this announcement.
The above figure of 112,299,089 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
