Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), GenIP Plc (AIM:GNIP), a technology consultancy providing AI-driven services to help research organisations and corporations commercialise their innovations, announces that as at the date of this announcement the Company's total issued share capital consists of 25,517,461 ordinary shares of £0.00425 with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly there are no voting rights in respect of any treasury shares.
The abovementioned figure of 25,517,461 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GenIP under the FCA's DTRs.
