Tekcapital (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products that can improve people's lives announces that, as at 30 October 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 281,622,969 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each. There are no shares held in treasury.

This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
