As at 30 April 2026, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company held 24,867,544 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 90,053,153.

 

The above figure (90,053,153) may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
