In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Company announces the following:

As at 30 April 2026 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 9,375,133,036 ordinary shares of 0.001p each with voting rights. There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 9,375,133,036 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
