Barclays PLC - Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Barclays PLC's issued share capital consists of 16,114,840,436 ordinary shares with voting rights as at 31 January 2014.

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

The above figure (16,114,840,436) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Barclays PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
