Total Voting Rights & Correction

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, evoke makes the following declaration:

The announcement made on 1 April 2026 incorrectly stated the issued share capital as 450,634,446 shares. The correct issued share capital and total voting rights as at the 31 March 2026 was 450,403,766 shares.

As at 30 April 2026, the issued share capital and voting rights of evoke are as follows:

evoke's issued share capital consists of 450,403,766 Ordinary GBP£0.005 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).

Therefore the total number of voting rights in evoke is 450,403,766.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, evoke plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
