Total Voting Rights
Following the announcement of 1 May 2026 regarding the result of its Tender Offer, the Company now has 59,664,094 Ordinary Shares in issue, with 541,382 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,122,712 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
