In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, City Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC announces the following:

 

As at 30 September 2026, City Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC’s capital consists of ordinary shares of 25p, with each ordinary share holding one voting right. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 46,354,450. The Company has 6,476,212 ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in City Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC is 39,878,238.
