29 October 2026 - Following recent share plan awards transactions by employees, the Company has transferred or is transferring Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy those vested share plan awards transactions.

As a result, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 35,542,169 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,157,528 remain held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 34,384,641. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
