Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 July 2026, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 318,405,003 Ordinary 50p shares.

Vistry Group PLC holds 349,573 shares in Treasury. The change from 618,105 shares on 31 July 2026 is due to the transfer of 268,532 Treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 318,055,430. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
