Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Victrex plc (Victrex or the Company) confirms that the Company's issued share capital as of 30 June 2026 consists of 87,124,917 ordinary shares of 1p each, each carrying one voting right. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 87,124,917 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Victrex plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Since the last total voting rights disclosure, certain employees exercised options over a total of 480 ordinary shares of 1p each under Victrex's employee share plans. Admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN: GB0009292243) was satisfied under the Company's existing block listing arrangements. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
