Temporary share suspension

Northern Electric plc (the "Company") announces a temporary suspension to the listing of its preference shares on the FCA's Official List and to the trading of its preference shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Due to delays to the statutory audit as a result of a technical matter, the Company has been unable to publish its Statutory Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2025 (the "accounts") by 30 April 2026.

The Company will seek to publish the accounts as soon as possible, following which, the Company will request that the suspension be lifted.
