Temporary share suspension

Northern Electric plc (the "Company") announces due to delays to the statutory audit as a result of a technical matter, it was unable to publish its Statutory Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2025 (the "accounts") by 30 April 2026.

As a result, the Company has requested that its preference shares be temporarily suspended from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 1 May 2026, pending publication of the accounts, following which the Company will request that the suspension be lifted.

The Company will seek to publish the accounts as soon as possible.
