Teep Gold Project in Nevada now Extends to 3.5km

London, New York, 21 September 2026 - London BTC Company Limited ("Company") (BTC: LSE, VINZF: OTCQB), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company, announces that the exploration programme currently underway at its 2,190 acre (8.86 km2) Teep Gold-Silver Project ("Teep" or the "Project") in the Tokop Mining District, Esmeralda County in Nevada has unearthed a larger mineralised system than previously reported.

78 additional rock chip samples have been collected over a strike length of 3.5 km of historical workings along the Project's 5.5 km trend of workings, with the remaining 2 km still to be sampled.

Mineralisation has now been identified for a distance of 750 metres along trend from the high-grade site which previously returned up to 40.56 g/t gold and 1,332.5 g/t silver, with multiple historical shafts and adits developed along this trend.

Samples received by MSALABS in Nevada and are being processed for gold and silver by PhotonAssay™, to be followed by four-acid digest for full multi-element geochemistry, including copper, antimony and tungsten.

• On ground exploration efforts are continuing.

David Lenigas, London BTC Company's Chairman, comments;

"The initial results from our Teep Project in Nevada exceeded the Board's expectations. The current on-ground teams have found more mineralisation than previously anticipated by our exploration teams. Additional samples are currently in the lab, and we anticipate the first results to be returned in the coming weeks."

"We await the return of the multi-element results from the lab which will show Teep's potential for also hosting critical minerals such as antimony and tungsten."

Teep Exploration Programme

The Teep Project comprises 106 unpatented mineral claims covering 2,190 acres (8.86 km²) within the Walker Lane Trend of southern Nevada. The Project was staked over historical workings developed on stockwork and tabular quartz-vein networks hosted in the Sylvania Pluton quartz monzonite. Historical workings define 12 areas of interest over a 5.5 km trend, the majority of which had not been sampled prior to this programme.

The current programme was designed to test the north-northeast striking quartz veins, the historical workings developed on them, and the quartz breccia zones recorded in historical reports. To date, the field team has collected 78 rock chip samples from historical workings and outcrop across 7 clusters of historical workings distributed over 3.5 km of the trend. The remaining 2 km of the trend is yet to be sampled and will be addressed as the programme continues.

At the Eastern Vein Network, the source of the Company's previously reported high-grade results, mineralisation has been followed for 750 m along strike, with multiple shafts and adits developed along the trend.

Field reconnaissance has also identified a previously unrecorded small-scale historical mine with multiple shafts, together with further evidence of small-scale historical mining across the claim area. As the number of individual shafts at each location is difficult to determine at surface, workings have been recorded and sampled by cluster.

Assay Programme

All 78 samples have been received by MSALABS in Nevada. Gold and silver will be determined by PhotonAssay™, which offers a short laboratory turnaround and allows results to be reported while field work continues across the portfolio. The same samples will then undergo four-acid digest with ICP-MS/OES finish for full multi-element geochemistry, including antimony and tungsten, together with the pathfinder elements (Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo and Ba) required to assess the porphyry potential indicated by historical geochemistry at Teep. Multi-element results carry a longer laboratory turnaround and are expected to follow the gold and silver results by several weeks.

All results will be released once received, subject to QAQC and Competent Person review.

Previous Due Diligence Results

Due diligence sampling by Schiehallion Consulting in May 2026 comprised 16 rock chip samples, submitted for PhotonAssay™ at MSALABS, with QAQC by fire assay. Highlights are below.

Next Steps

Reporting of gold and silver PhotonAssay™ results from the 78 samples, expected late September 2026.

Reporting of multi-element results, including antimony, tungsten and porphyry pathfinder elements, expected late October 2026.

Geological assessment by Dahrouge Geological Consulting in October 2026, covering structural setting, alteration and controls on mineralisation, to support understanding of economic potential. This will also cover the remaining 2 km of workings at the Teep project.

Mobilisation of field programmes to Black Star, Amonett-Frank and Huntington-Whitman, with proposed works released to the market as teams mobilise.

Continued due diligence and staking over the Company's pipeline of new gold, silver, antimony and tungsten targets across Nevada, Arizona and Texas.

Cautionary Statement

This announcement contains references to historical production sourced from third-party reports, public databases, technical literature and government reports. These historical results have not been verified by the Company, are not reported in compliance with any current Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve code and should not be relied upon as indicative of the prospectivity of the Project or any future resource, reserve or production from the Project. While the alteration and mineralisation styles observed to date show similarities to systems in the region, this comparison is conceptual only. There is no assurance that mineralisation encountered at Teep will be comparable in scale, grade, or economic characteristics to other deposits in the district. All of the samples discussed in this release are selective in nature with a high potential for bias and should not be considered as being representative of the overall mineralised structure or zone.

Competent Person's Statement

The information in this report that relates to exploration results and technical information is based on information compiled by Fionnlagh (Finn) Hunter, Principal Geological Consultant at Schiehallion Consulting, who is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and has sufficient experience of relevance to the styles of mineralisation and the types of deposits under consideration, and to the activities undertaken, to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. Mr Hunter consents to the inclusion in this report of the matters based on the information in the form and context in which it appears.
