£168,300,000 Class A asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085084), £28,800,000 Class B asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085167), £28,350,000 Class C asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085241), £42,150,000 Class D asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085324), £17,400,000 Class E asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085597), £15,000,000 Class Z asset backed floating rate notes due 2035 (XS3342085753) (together the "Notes").

The Notes have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange on 19 June 2026.
