The Board of Black Rock (stock code: BLR) announces that it was informed on 7 November 2008 that, as of 6 November 2008, Barclays PLC through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd held the total voting rights attaching to 3,230,017 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 10.04% of the total voting rights in the Company.
