Electrica informs investors that on 6 May 2026 Electrica and it's subsidiary Electrica Furnizare S.A. (EFSA) signed the share purchase agreement for 100% of the share capital of the company Electrica Furnizare Grup SRL - Chisinau, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Moldova. The objects of activity of this company are: electricity production; electricity and gas supply/trading; electrical installation works. The price of the purchase, established following an evaluation report, was 140,426.49 MDL (modavian lei), approximately 37.000 RON. Electrica previously informed, on 19 December 2025, on the approval of the operation by the Board of Directors, through announcement with BSE: IRIS Code 7917C, respectively LSE: RNS Code 1897M.
