Reference is made to the announcement published on 26 August 2026 in which the Board of Directors of SED Energy Holdings Plc ("Energy Holdings" or the "Company") proposed a cash distribution of USD 25.0 million in respect of the second quarter of 2026.
The EGM will be held on September 22, 2026, at 11:00 local time in Nicosia, Cyprus.
