Under the agreement, Sealand will provide advisory services and implementation recommendations covering long-term computing infrastructure planning and broader digital transformation initiatives. The services under this mandate will be delivered to ITC during July 2026.
Supporting Enterprise Computing Infrastructure
The engagement covers the planning and development of enterprise computing infrastructure, together with governance and execution frameworks.
Following completion of this mandate, the parties intend to explore further opportunities for collaboration, including data security advisory services, technology ecosystem development, and operational support, subject to future agreement.
Commercialising Sealand's Computing Services
This opportunity represents a further step in the commercialisation of Sealand's computing services and enterprise technology advisory capabilities.
The Company continues to develop expertise across computing infrastructure planning and enterprise digital transformation, supporting customers deploying next-generation technology platforms.
Strengthening Sealand's AI Platform
This engagement complements Sealand's broader AI strategy across computing infrastructure, trusted data, enterprise software, digital finance and energy-related technologies. By combining its advisory capabilities with its expanding technology ecosystem, Sealand aims to support customers through the planning, implementation and commercial deployment of next-generation solutions.
Siqi (Daniel) Cao, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"Computing infrastructure is the foundation of enterprise digital transformation. As organisations expand their computing capabilities, they require clear plans and governance.
"This engagement is an important step for the Company as we develop our computing services business, and it also reflects growing demand for advisory services.
"Together with our activities in enterprise software, digital finance and energy-related technologies, this engagement strengthens our broader technology platform and our ability to support customers adopting next-generation computing technologies."
