Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:
Mark Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Company that on 16 September 2026 he sold 110,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a "Share") for a price of £1.9012 per Share. This sale was completed for financial planning purposes.
Following the sale, Mark Strickland holds an aggregate of 741,790 Shares.
