Issue of EUR 40,000,000 4.398 per cent. Senior Notes due 16 September 2038 (ISIN: XS3507664566) (the "Notes") pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme")

CORRECTION NOTICE

The Issuer refers to the Final Terms dated 14 September 2026 relating to the above-referenced Notes. The entry in Part B item 7(ii) entitled "Estimated net proceeds" is corrected by replacing "EUR 39,440,000" with "EUR 39,940,000".

This Correction Notice is issued solely to correct that item. The Final Terms remain otherwise unchanged, and the correction does not amend the terms and conditions of the Notes, the issue price, the aggregate nominal amount, the settlement amount or any other economic term of the Notes.
