Retirement of Director
The Company announces with regret that Mr Ian Reeves CBE is stepping down as a director of the Company, with immediate effect, for health reasons.
Mr Reeves was appointed to the Board on 13 December 2021 as Chairman of the Board and a member of each of our Board committees. Mr Reeves stepped down as Chairman on 11 March 2026, and continued to serve the Board as a non-executive director.
The directors would like to record their thanks to Mr Reeves for his invaluable contribution to the company and the Board over the last five years.
