Result of Annual General Meeting
Zegona is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 30 July 2026 at 09.00 am, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by the requisite majorities. Votes (by proxy and in person) were validly received in respect of 180,637,519 ordinary shares, representing approximately 80% of the issued ordinary share capital.
