Oxford, UK – 21 October 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX), a medical device company focused on point-of-care FeNO testing for the diagnosis, monitoring and management of asthma and COPD, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Tender Offer Resolution, as set out in the Notice of the General Meeting, was duly passed on a poll of votes.
