Johnson Matthey Plc announces that at today's General Meeting all resolutions were passed on a poll. The result of the poll is set out below.

Application has been made to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities for a total of 126,126,498 New Ordinary Shares 147
