Result of General Meeting

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today on 3 September 2026, both resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained within the circular to shareholders dated 7 August 2026 (the "Circular"), were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions is contained in the Circular, which is available on the Company's web pages at www.schroders.com/sere.

The results of the poll were as follows:

*Resolution 2 was passed as a special resolution.

**Issued share capital excluding treasury shares.

A copy of the resolutions passed will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA.

On a poll, shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not a vote in law and are therefore not counted in the calculation of the percentages of the votes cast for and against a resolution. Where shareholders appointed the Chairman as their proxy with discretion as to voting, their votes were cast in favour of the resolutions and their shares have been included in the "votes for" column.

The Company had a total of 133,734,686 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue at the voting record time for the General Meeting, with 2,326,700 of those shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights was 131,407,986.

The Company has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.
