Result of Annual General Meeting

Forgent plc (AIM: FORG), the Australian critical and precious metal explorer, is pleased to announce that at it's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were passed on a poll.

The results of the poll will be published on the Company's website at https://forgentplc.com/investors-media/share-information-news/document-library/.

The full text of the AGM resolutions is set out in the Company's Circular dated 10 July 2026. Resolution 7 was proposed as a special resolution and resolutions 1 to 6 were proposed as ordinary resolutions.

Votes withheld are not votes in law and therefore have not been counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for and against any resolution.
