Reabold Resources plc, the investing company focused on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security, is pleased to announce that the resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, located at: The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW were duly passed.
