Result of Annual General Meeting

Fletcher King plc (AIM: FLK), the AIM quoted property advisory and asset management group, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Completion of the Phase 1 Disposal and the related Board changes are expected to take effect on or around 3 November 2026. The Company will make a further announcement on Completion.
