RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Rift Oil PLC (AIM : RIFT), the oil and gas exploration company with assets in Papua New Guinea ("PNG"), announces that at its Annual General Meeting which was held earlier today all resolutions put to the shareholders were passed, excluding Resolution 8 (concerning pre-emption rights to allot shares for cash) which was not put before shareholders at the meeting.
